The Role

We are currently recruiting for Station Environmental Operative (SEO) to join our Customer Operations Team.

As a Stations Environmental Operative, you will be responsible for providing a clean welcoming environment for all of our customers at our stations and Bus Interchanges, as well as delivering excellent customer service helping our customers with any queries.

Role Responsibilities

  • Keeping our stations / bus Interchange clean and tidy at all times, carrying out cleaning duties including sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning toilets, removing litter and emptying bins
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks around the station and bus interchange when required including fixing/replacing damaged equipment, painting and general gardening duties
  • Helping our customers with any queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Adhering to health & safety responsibilities and regulations
  • Working effectively as part of a team and independently

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Ability to perform manual tasks
  • Previous cleaning experience - knowledge of COSHH is desirable
  • UK Driving License (required for mobile positions)

Welsh Language Skills

While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
