Steel Production Operative – Full-Time
Concept Resources are currently seeking a dependable and dedicated Steel Production Operative to join the production team of our respected client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing or engineering who are looking to grow within a supportive and well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating banding machine (training provided)
- Using measuring equipment to check the quality of steel produced (training provided)
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform regular equipment checks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.

Working Hours:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.
- Previous steel experience is preferable
£13.35-£14.35 per hour + Time & Attendance Bonus
