Charge Hand - Steelfixers
Location: HS2 - BBV Project, Stoneleigh/Kenilworth
We are currently looking for an experienced Steelfixing Charge Hand to join our team on the BBV HS2 project in Stoneleigh, Kenilworth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steelfixing Charge Hand
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Valid CSCS Black/Gold Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- HS2 induction and relevant safety-critical tickets are advantageous

Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating steelfixers on site
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
- Liaising with site management and ensuring compliance with site procedures
