Laing O'Rourke is looking for experienced Steelfixers to join our team on the M42 Box HS2 Project.

Key Duties
- Read and understand steel reinforcement drawings and schedules.
- Cut, bend and fix steel reinforcement to specification.
- Install reinforcement safely and correctly according to project requirements.
- Work together with site teams to meet programme and quality targets.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and workmanship at all times.
- Follow approved safe working methods and site procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Steelfixer.
- Ability to read and understand steel reinforcement drawings.
- Strong knowledge of steel fixing methods and construction practices.
- Ability to work accurately and to high quality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience working on major infrastructure or construction projects is desirable.
Essential Qualification
- CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Blue)
