About The Job

Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project with state-of-the-art large language models.
- Create high-quality data by developing difficult problems in your domain.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance through rigorous testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Complete a short interview and task (20–30 mins). Paid onboarding time includes this and a few onboarding videos if hired.
