STEM Graduate | Harrow | September Start
Are you a STEM Graduate looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology or a related profession?
This opportunity is ideal for a STEM Graduate who wants to inspire young people while building valuable school-based experience. As a STEM Graduate, you'll work alongside experienced teachers, support students in lessons and develop the confidence and skills needed for a future in education.

The Role
As a STEM Graduate, you'll support students across Maths, Science and related subjects, helping them engage with learning, build confidence and achieve their potential. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver targeted academic support, both in class and in small groups, while gaining first-hand experience of life in a secondary school.
We're looking for:
- A STEM Graduate with a degree in Maths, Science, Engineering or another STEM subject
- Strong academic background, including excellent A Levels
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
