STEM Graduate | Hillingdon | September 2026
Are you a high-achieving STEM graduate looking to gain valuable secondary school experience before pursuing teacher training, educational research, or a long-term career within education? A well-regarded secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking a STEM Graduate to join from September 2026 on a full-time basis until July 2027.

The Role
As a STEM Graduate, you will support students across Mathematics and Science lessons throughout KS3 and KS4. You will deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups, helping pupils strengthen subject knowledge, improve confidence, and make strong academic progress. The role will also involve supporting students with SEND needs, ensuring they can access learning successfully within mainstream classrooms.

Working across multiple year groups will allow you to develop a broad understanding of secondary education while building strong relationships with students and staff throughout the academic year.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related STEM subject from a leading UK university
- Has previous child-centred experience through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or youth work
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young people to succeed
