Applicants must already be based within practical travelling distance of London. East Sheen FC cannot provide relocation, accommodation, travel funding or visa sponsorship for this opportunity.
Company Description
East Sheen FC is a historic South West London football club, originally founded in 1873 and relaunched in 2026.
We are building a modern football environment focused on performance, opportunity and player development. Our men’s first team competes at Step 8 of English football, with the aim of competing towards the top end of the table while creating a strong platform for ambitious players to develop in the senior game.
Our players train in a structured environment at Rosslyn Park, supported by coaching, strength and conditioning, video analysis and regular player reviews.
Role Description
East Sheen FC is recruiting footballers to compete for places within our Step 8 men’s first-team squad.
We are open to players in all positions and from a wide range of football backgrounds. The main requirement is simple: you should believe you have the ability, mentality and commitment to contribute at Step 8 level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
