Make a Difference for Children and Young People in Greenwich
Join Greenwich SEND Outreach Services
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people? Do you want to be part of an ambitious and expanding service that is transforming support for schools, families and children across Greenwich?
Greenwich SEND Outreach Services is expanding, and we are looking for enthusiastic, skilled and committed professionals to join our highly respected specialist teams.
About Us
The SEND Outreach Services consists of four established and well-regarded specialist teams:
- Early Years Outreach Service
- Autism Outreach Service
- STEPs Complex Needs Service
- Sensory Service
Together, we work closely with schools, children and families across Greenwich, providing specialist advice, guidance and practical support that helps children thrive and achieve their full potential.
As part of the Department for Education's reforms to strengthen inclusion and provide wider support for schools through the "Experts at Hand" (EAH) Model, we are expanding our services so that even more schools can access specialist SEND expertise and benefit from early intervention.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
