Job Description
Sterile Services Lead-Theatres | SSD | Sutton Coldfield | Permanent | Full-Time | £33,000 (dependant on experience) with excellent benefits
Spire Little Aston Hospital is seeking a Sterile Services Lead to join our fantastic team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, day shifts: 07:30-18:00/07:30-15:30/09:30-20:00/12:00-20:00.
About the Role
This is a busy role in a small unit where you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, including managing rotas, sickness, holiday, as well as completing audits and ensuring the unit meets industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide the multidisciplinary perioperative team with an exemplary sterile supplies service within the operating theatre suite.
- Lead the TSSU team and operationally manage the service ensuring all department staff work within the accreditation systems.
- Support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment.
- Experience in auditing/compliance.
Who We're Looking For
- Sterile Service experience is essential.
- Leadership experience is essential to manage rotas, holiday, sickness, training, etc.
- Flexibility to work on our rota.
- Happy with the physical nature of the role. Heavy lifting involved.
