The Team
Join our Back of House team at Rosewood London, where collaboration, professionalism, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to the Heart of House Manager and working closely with the Assistant Heart of House Manager and Stewarding Supervisors, you will play an essential role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams while helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
Your Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our kitchens and restaurants by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your work will support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences by ensuring all kitchen, service, and food preparation equipment is cleaned, stored, and maintained correctly. You will be an important part of the team, helping to create a safe, organised, and efficient working environment while upholding Rosewood’s culture and values.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Ensure kitchen and restaurant equipment, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain clean, sanitised food preparation, washing, and storage areas throughout the shift.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and effectively, following all required procedures.
- Support waste management and recycling practices while helping to keep breakages and losses to a minimum.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and COSHH requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the operation through teamwork, flexibility, and participation in daily briefings.

About Us
Rosewood London is housed in an Edwardian Belle Époque building that offers some of London's finest accommodations and service with the feel of a stylish London residence. Conveying the feel of a stylish London residence, Rosewood London has 263 guestrooms and 45 suites, among which the unique Grand Manor House Wing, an exclusive suite with its own postcode and accessed by a private elevator. The hotel also houses Holborn Dining Room with an outdoor terrace, Mirror Room Restaurant as well as the hotel’s warmly welcoming destination bar, Scarfes Bar.
