For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Steward to support our Culinary and Food & Beverage teams.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards, and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, operating equipment, and work areas to the highest standards.
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring equipment is available and properly maintained.
- Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures consistently.
- Assist with waste management, storage areas, and the organization of stewarding facilities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations.

How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience in Stewarding or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
