Summary
- Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
- Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
- Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Salary Range
