THE TEAM

Join our Back of House team at Rosewood London, where operational excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.

YOUR ROLE

As Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Rosewood London's back of house areas. Supporting the Heart of House Manager and Assistant Heart of House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day stewarding operation, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and organisation across all kitchens and service areas.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Supervise and support the Stewarding team, ensuring duties are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels in line with business demands and operational requirements.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of all back of house areas, including kitchens, washing areas, corridors, fridges, stores, and waste rooms.
  • Ensure all machinery, equipment, chemicals, and supplies are available, maintained, and used in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with the culinary team to support a productive environment and exceptional guest service delivery.
  • Promote health, safety, recycling, and sustainability standards while supporting audits, inspections, and team training initiatives.
