Role
We are currently looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to join our Back of House team at Rosewood London. The Stewarding Supervisor is entrusted to supervise and organise the team of Stewards to ensure high levels of service and to assist with the smooth running of the kitchens and the restaurants.
Key expectations of this role are
- Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all heart of house areas during your allocated shift.
- Ensure all areas of the back of house are free of hazards in line with the company’s health and safety guideline.
- Effectively supervising the Stewards to ensure the smooth running of the Kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Assessing the performance of all Stewards and provide feedback and training accordingly.

Profile
- Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
- Having a passion for heart of house and taking ownership of the associate experience.
- Possessing a good understanding of how to supervise teams effectively.
- Being organised and proactive in managing and completing tasks.
- Being self-motivated.
