Stewardship Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and relational Stewardship Coordinator to support the delivery of HTB's stewardship activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating events and communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

The Stewardship Coordinator will support the delivery of HTB's stewardship activity, focusing on building relationships with donors and congregation members, coordinating key events and communications, and ensuring that stewardship processes run smoothly day-to-day. They will play a key role in creating a positive, consistent experience for those engaging with giving and supporting the mission of the church.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for congregation members and donors, managing enquiries and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate stewardship events, including Giving Sundays, donor gatherings, and hospitality at major conferences and events
  • Prepare and deliver stewardship communications, ensuring clear messaging and effective coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records in ChurchSuite and Raiser's Edge, supporting donor tracking, pledge follow-up, and database management
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and giving summaries to support decision-making
  • Provide project and administrative support across stewardship initiatives, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up
