Our client is looking for an Interim Senior STIBO STEP Engineer to cover maternity leave within their four-person PIM team. You will own the organisation’s quarterly STEP upgrades, assess their impact and identify new functionality that can improve the existing platform.

- Lead quarterly STEP upgrades, from impact assessment through testing and release.
- Review release notes and identify changes affecting the current configuration and business processes.
- Assess risks to existing functionality and integrations before each upgrade.
- Define regression testing requirements and resolve issues ahead of release.
- Evaluate new STEP functionality and recommend features that offer practical business value.
- Plan the introduction of agreed enhancements with the wider team.
- Document changes, technical decisions and upgrade outcomes to maintain continuity throughout the cover period.
