Work performed
The SEO Director grows organic traffic and revenue by driving millions of customers to discover Sticker Mule via search.
- Develops & executes SEO tactics to improve search performance.
- Monitors rankings and finds opportunities to improve.
- Reviews technical SEO issues and recommends solutions.
- Optimizes content for featured snippets and AI overviews.
- Optimizes content for perfectly formatted rich results.
- Finds and builds external & internal links.
- Writes content that is clear, helpful, and concise.
- Regularly audits site content and finds opportunities to optimize.
- Monitors competitors and takes actions to outperform them.
- Works with software team to ensure new pages are optimized for search.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

- 6+ years experience in SEO / SEM.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO.
Compensation
- $180-$200k+ based on experience
- $20,000 signing bonus
- 4 weeks vacation + holidays based on your country of residence
