Join Baker Hughes, a global leader in Production Enhancement. We are seeking an experienced Vessel Supervisor to oversee vessel-based stimulation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while supporting customers across offshore environments.

Fuel your passion

As a Vessel Supervisor, you will be:

  • Supervising vessel stimulation operations and onsite service execution.
  • Coordinating activities between vessel, platform, and shore-based teams.
  • Reviewing operational plans, risk assessments, and job readiness requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate operational records and customer documentation.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience supervising offshore stimulation operations.
  • Have knowledge of vessel stimulation techniques and vessel-to-platform interface activities.
  • Have experience coordinating operational teams in offshore environments.
  • Have experience supporting operational planning and service delivery.
  • Have a BSc in Engineering or equivalent industry-related experience.
