Pay Rate: £31,697.73

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment? We are looking for a Stock & Admin Clerk to join our busy operation and play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting customer requirements.

As a Stock & Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day stock control and administrative functions within the warehouse. You will work closely with operational teams and customers to ensure stock records remain accurate and queries are resolved efficiently.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Dealing with inbound customer stock queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Completing detailed stock investigations and stock checks in line with customer requests and contractual requirements
  • Booking goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Supporting inventory accuracy through regular system and physical stock reconciliation
  • Liaising with warehouse colleagues to resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues
  • Ensuring all administrative processes are completed in accordance with site procedures and customer requirements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Experience working within a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Good PC literacy with the ability to confidently use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous Stock Control or Administration experience - desirable
  • Experience investigating and resolving stock discrepancies - desirable
