Pay Rate: £27,563.25
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift Patterns: Working Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment? We are looking for a Stock & Admin Clerk to join our busy operation and play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting customer requirements.
As a Stock & Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day stock control and administrative functions within the warehouse. You will work closely with operational teams and customers to ensure stock records remain accurate and queries are resolved efficiently.
A Typical Day May Involve
- Dealing with inbound customer stock queries in a professional and timely manner
- Completing detailed stock investigations and stock checks in line with customer requests and contractual requirements
- Booking goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Supporting inventory accuracy through regular system and physical stock reconciliation
- Liaising with warehouse colleagues to resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues
- Ensuring all administrative processes are completed in accordance with site procedures and customer requirements

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Experience working within a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Good PC literacy with the ability to confidently use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous Stock Control or Administration experience - desirable
- Experience investigating and resolving stock discrepancies - desirable
