Stock & Systems Administrator

Are you experienced in warehouse systems and stock control within a fast-paced operational environment? Do you enjoy investigating problems, resolving system issues, and ensuring data accuracy? Can you confidently work with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to deliver exceptional system support?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our team in Desford, supporting the Hinkley Point C project. This role is critical in ensuring the effective operation of our Delivery Management System (DMS) and Material Management System (MMS), supporting warehousing and transportation activities on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Stock & Systems Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for DMS and MMS-related queries, supporting system users, maintaining accurate data, resolving stock discrepancies, and ensuring IT incidents are managed effectively. Working closely with operational teams, suppliers, and clients, you’ll play a key role in maintaining system integrity and supporting continuous improvement across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for DMS and MMS system queries, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions
  • Maintain accurate stock records across multiple locations, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Monitor, manage, and escalate IT incidents and service requests to ensure SLA compliance
  • Produce system reports and management information to support operational decision-making
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide cover for fellow DMS/MMS team members when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
