Job Title
Are you a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of stock control and are looking for a new challenge? Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy solving problems?
About the Role
Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Stock Administrator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT) for our Revelyst customer. As a Stock Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy across the warehouse, carrying out inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with operational teams to ensure stock records remain accurate.
Responsibilities
- Participating in stock investigations and provide administrative support to the Stock Manager and Team Leader
- Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
- Inputting data into spreadsheets for report writing
- Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers
- Checking email and phone queries

Requirements
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
Job Details
This is a full-time, permanent position working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, covering 08:00 to 17:00.
