Job Title
Are you a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of stock control and are looking for a new challenge? Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy solving problems?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting an Stock Administrator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT) for our Williams F1 customer.
Role Description
As an Stock Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy across the warehouse, carrying out inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with operational teams to ensure stock records remain accurate.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, covering 08:00 to 17:00.

Daily Responsibilities
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Participating in stock investigations and provide administrative support to the Stock Manager and Team Leader
- Liaising extensively with other departments and functions as instructed by Stock Manager, and Team Leaders
- Inputting data into spread sheets for report writing
- Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner
- Effectively deal with day-to-day queries from customers and third-party providers
- Checking email and phone queries

Requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
