Stock Assistant - Christmas Seasonal Temp

Application Deadline: 7 September 2026
Department: Retail
Employment Type: Fixed Term - Part Time
Location: Milton Keynes
Compensation: £13.45 / hour

Description

Key Information

For this role there will be early starts involved (e.g. 5am onwards during October-December) in order to get our overnight deliveries unpacked and organised before the store opens, so you will need to be able to drive or have a reliable way to get yourself in to work. There is also the potential for late night shifts when visually merchandising the store. Flexibility is key for this role as things can change often during the busy Christmas season. This role also involves heavy lifting and manual labour, so please keep this in mind before applying.

Diversity matters

We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.

We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!

Who we are

You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.

The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
