Job Title: Stock Assistant

Department: Operations

Hours: 37.5 hrs (Full-Time)

Location: UK Branch – Office

Reports to: Operations Manager

Salary starting £25,000 per annum.

Responsible for

Supporting the Operations team with the day-to-day accuracy, movement and administration of stock across Nutrition X, including stock held across three warehouse locations for NX UK, NX Europe and NX ANZ. This role will focus on practical stock control tasks, accurate system updates and close coordination with warehouse partners to help ensure products are received, recorded, checked and dispatched efficiently.

Main Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to support accurate stock records, smooth goods-in processes and effective warehouse coordination across Nutrition X's UK, Europe and ANZ operations. The Stock Assistant will help maintain visibility of stock levels, batch and expiry information, product movements and shipment updates across all warehouse locations, ensuring Unleashed and related records are kept accurate and up to date.

  • Comfortable working with stock systems and spreadsheets
  • Proactive, hands-on and willing to support where needed

Previous Experience

  • Previous experience in a stock, warehouse, logistics, operations or administrative role - Desired
  • Experience using inventory or stock management software, ideally Unleashed - Desired
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry - Required
  • Experience supporting goods-in, stock counts, batch checks or shipment tracking - Desired
  • Experience coordinating with more than one warehouse, site or third-party logistics partner - Desired
  • An interest in sports nutrition, product quality and operational excellence - Desired

Duties and Responsibilities

As a core part of our operations team, your role will focus on (although not be limited to):

  • Carry out regular stock counts and support monthly stock-take activity across warehouse locations, helping investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Work with warehouse teams and partners to book goods in accurately and ensure stock movements are recorded correctly
  • Check and maintain batch, expiry date and product information across relevant systems and records
  • Keep Unleashed updated with accurate stock, batch, goods-in and product movement information across NX UK, NX Europe and NX ANZ
  • Support quality control processes, including product checks, sample management and certification administration where required
  • Assist with sample and product administration, including organising stock for testing, customer requirements, internal use and product launches
  • Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse partners across the UK, Europe and ANZ to support smooth stock flow, accurate locations and efficient communication
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments across domestic and international warehouse locations, providing timely updates to the Operations team and relevant stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider Operations team as required
