Stockroom Associate – Crocs, Inc.

About the Role

As a Stockroom Associate, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth store operations, managing inventory, and supporting a wide range of retail functions. This hands-on position offers growth opportunities within a team-driven, fast-paced environment with expert partners and industry leaders.


What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments, ensuring all products are properly labeled, tagged, and stocked in designated areas.
  • Maintain operational excellence in both the sales floor and backroom through coaching, training, and accountability to uphold store standards.
  • Organize the stockroom efficiently, arranging footwear by size, style, and type for seamless restocking and easy access for the sales team.
  • Support inventory management, including regular inventory counts, stock audits, and record-keeping to prevent discrepancies and boost accuracy.
  • Help exceed sales, service, and performance targets collaboratively with your team.
  • Foster a positive team culture by encouraging open communication, idea-sharing, and peer support.
  • Cross-train across departments, including:
    • Customer service
    • Product knowledge and placement
    • Visual presentation
    • POS system management
    • Stock replenishment and pricing
    • Loyalty program promotions
    • Loss prevention and shrinkage control
  • Adhere to Crocs’ Asset Protection policies, including inventory control, compliance procedures, and shortage prevention.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of retail and stockroom experience—preference given to candidates with previous store leadership roles.
