£15.00 ph PAYE
Location: Basildon

Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Basildon Borough Council (BBC) to recruit two Stock Conditions Assistants on an initial 6-month temporary basis. Please note that these posts will be based in the office 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities
- To undertake administrative and statistical functions relating to the general operation of the Stock Condition Team
- To maintain and update the stock condition database as required
- To facilitate the efficient operation of stock condition surveys by keeping tenants informed and arranging appointments as appropriate
- To report and log HHSRS issues found during stock condition surveys to relevant department for action
- To maintain appropriate records and key performance indicators, as required; and produce the relevant information on a regular basis
- To liaise with Tenancy and Estate Management staff and other stakeholders or agencies to investigate and minimise non-access issues where works or surveys are required

Key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience of data inputting
- Experience of successfully dealing with customer enquiries
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
