Keep the kitchen moving, the stock accurate and every order perfectly on track.

Our Stock and Dispatch Coordinator

Our Stock and Dispatch Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our busy Farm Kitchen at Avalon Farm running smoothly. From carefully packing and dispatching our Low & Slow Meats, Soups & Braises and Premium Frozen Ready Meals, to maintaining accurate stock records and keeping chilled, frozen and dry storage organised, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving food production operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves order, accuracy and making sure everything is in the right place at exactly the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack and dispatch finished products, ensuring the correct specification, labelling and date coding.
  • Complete goods in and goods out procedures, checking deliveries and outbound loads against documentation.
  • Maintain accurate ERP stock transactions and complete stock control routines, including cycle counts, rotation and shelf-life checks.
  • Raise purchase requests for packaging, consumables and non-food supplies, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Organise chilled, frozen and dry goods storage and prepare materials and packaging ahead of planned production runs.
  • Complete packing, dispatch and stock documentation accurately in line with traceability requirements.
  • Work within factory zoning requirements, including low care and high care boundaries and cross-contamination controls.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards across packing, dispatch and storage areas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
