Job Purpose Summary
To ensure that the stock record is accurate and operationally efficient for the Castleford Site.
Role Responsibilities
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cycle counts and process any rechecks.
- Training and coaching of warehouse staff on cycle count process.
- Support periodic full site stock checks and any following re-checks.
- Determine appropriate physical stock locations for products based on velocity reports.
- Use stock bin reports to effectively relocate non conforming products.
- Support the removal of damaged/non conforming goods from the warehouse.
- Investigate and resolve customer service shipping issues.
- Investigate and resolve warehouse stock queries.
- Carry out stock rotations as requested by Product Managers.

- Stock accuracy as measured by the value adjusted.
- Number of products per location.
Additional Responsibilities
Skills & Personal Attributes
Skills & Abilities:
- Financial awareness to understand the impact of stock loss.
- Numerate and systems literate (Excel, SAP, database).
Experience & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an electronics or FMCG environment.
- Experience of stock count processes.
- Experienced user of ERP systems (Prefer SAP) and Warehouse Management systems (Prefer HighJump).
- Understanding of data analysis tools within Excel to identify patterns and trends.
