Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our Operations team based at our Head Office in Colne. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring that product, pricing, and stock information held within our EPOS system is accurate and up to date. You will work with our stores, warehouse teams and concession partners to resolve queries, coordinate stock takes, and ensure products are correctly set up before they reach the shop floor.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a confident, professional approach to communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Uploading, maintaining, and reviewing product information within the EPOS system, ensuring products are created accurately prior to the goods arriving at stores.
- Processing and communicating price changes to stores and ensuring amendments are accurately reflected within the EPOS system.
- Working closely with concession partners to resolve pricing queries, missing product information, and other product data issues.
- Liaising with stores and concession partners to coordinate and action stock takes.
- Processing stock take results and investigating any discrepancies identified.
- Liaising with stores, warehouse teams, and suppliers to investigate stock or product discrepancies and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Building effective working relationships with store teams, concession partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Producing and reviewing reports to help identify stock, pricing or product data discrepancies where required.
- Supporting the continual review and improvement of stock control and product data processes.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining accurate information.
- Is confident working with large volumes of product and stock data.
- Has good organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities.
- Is comfortable using excel.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is confident communicating with stores, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Has a logical and methodical approach to solving problems.
- Can work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- Understands the importance of accurate pricing and stock information within a retail environment.
