Your Mission
As a Stock Controller within our Finance Retail Back Office team, you will be key to driving operational excellence and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting. We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional passionate about stock control, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
In this dynamic role, your focus will be split between core Stock Control (60%) and broader Retail Operation Controls & Digital Transformation Initiatives (40%).

How Will You Make an Impact?
- Assist with and attend regular physical stock counts and ensure discrepancies are identified and investigated promptly.
- Assist boutique teams with stock-related queries and provide accurate information on relevant controls and procedures.
- Monitor stock movements between boutiques, logistic warehouse, and other locations to ensure stock control procedures are consistently followed by Boutique.
- Identify and escalate stock discrepancies, losses, or unusual movements to the relevant management.
- Prepare stock reports and provide information to management as required.
- Ensure timely completion of financial month-end tasks, such as reconciliation, provision calculation, and stock error reporting.
- Liaise with auditors by preparing documentation, reports, and supporting evidence.
- Support Manager with bi-annual consignment confirmations.
- Contribute to the new boutique openings and renovations by providing the necessary Back Office support.
- Support with the implementation, testing, and adoptions of new systems, tools, User Acceptance testing (UAT), dashboard, and digital projects.
- Help develop project documentation, process maps, training material, and user guides.
- Participate in other projects or tasks, as directed.

How Will You Experience Success with Us?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
- Previous experience in retail operations is an advantage; accounting background is preferable but not mandatory.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with inventory and SAP systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the boutique management.
- Curious, detail-oriented, good in prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
