Stock Controller – Market Weighton - £30,000 - £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with an established manufacturing business in Market Weighton that is looking to recruit a Stock Controller to join their team.
This is a newly created role, central to controlling working capital and underpinning weekly, monthly and annual stock accuracy, as well as year-end audit requirements.

The Role
- Run the rolling cycle count programme across bays, bins and locations, investigating and resolving any variances before adjustments are posted
- Maintain accurate inventory records on Business Central, keeping a clear audit trail from physical count through to final posting
- Check inbound container deliveries against purchase orders, raising Non-Conformance Reports where needed and managing the quarantine process
- Reconcile the inventory sub-ledger to the general ledger alongside Finance, and manage goods-received-not-invoiced processes
- Produce inventory KPIs and reporting on count accuracy, variance value and inventory days
- Support multi-location warehousing and drive continuous improvement across stock control processes

About You
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or Inventory Controller
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting and variance investigation
- Confident using ERP or WMS systems, with intermediate Excel skills
