Job Title
The post holder will be based in the Pharmacy Stores at the Royal Derby Hospital and will be responsible for carrying out stock control duties to support the smooth running of the Pharmacy Stores for staff and patients.
About the Team
The pharmacy logistics team are welcoming and friendly. We are a diverse team and offer the hand of friendship to all new starters.
Training and education will be provided.
Hours of Work
8.15am - 4.45pm with 60 minutes for lunch
Main Duties
- Be responsible for the printing and completion of the stock report for the Pharmacy Stores on a daily basis
- Be responsible for reviewing ad-hoc stock discrepancies that have been recorded on the stock investigation sheet for Stores
- Be responsible for running the low use (KSLOW) report for Stores on a monthly basis
- Be responsible for stock checking the Must Have and critical medicines list stock levels on a daily basis
- Be responsible for stock checking the consumables lines held in Stores.
- Complete the daily abusable stock checks.
- Be responsible for the planned expiry date checking and stock rotation of stock held in Stores
