Overview
As a Stock Controller you will ensure the accuracy, organization, and availability of stock within the boutique, supporting the smooth flow of products from intake to output. This role combines operational rigor with attention to detail, and plays a key part in supporting the boutique's commercial performance.
You will work closely with the Stock Manager and collaborates with the HQ team in Paris.
Responsibilities
Team Collaboration & Support
- Support the Stock Manager in organizing stockroom schedules and workload to ensure smooth daily operations
- Apply and help maintain clear priorities and processes for the stockroom, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team
- Assist in training and onboarding new Stock Associates on stockroom procedures and best practices

- Monitor the full product flow from intake to output, ensuring deliveries, returns, and transfers are processed accurately and on time
- Ensure the stockroom is optimally organized and maintained to support fast-paced daily operations
Inventory & Stock Accuracy
- Plan, organize, and conduct inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Analyze stock discrepancies, investigate missing products, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Report on stock accuracy and losses to the Stock Manager and relevant head office teams
Operational Support
- Manage packaging supply and restocking to ensure uninterrupted boutique operations
- Ensure stock availability aligns with commercial actions, promotional events, and Visual Merchandising needs
Business Partnership
- Work closely with the Stock Manager and sales teams to align stock control with the boutique's sales objectives
- Monitor sales trends and upcoming commercial actions to anticipate stock needs, proactively flagging risks or opportunities
- Act as a key point of contact between the boutique, logistics, and head office on all stock-related matters

Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock/inventory management, ideally in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with store management, sales, and head office teams.
