Stock Integrity Coordinator

Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear, NE38 8QU

Salary: £25,935 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm | 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Permanent


Join Pacifica as a Stock Integrity Coordinator

Pacifica is looking for an organised and detail-focused Stock Integrity Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Washington.

This is a key role within our warehouse operation, responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, inventory control and efficient stock storage. You'll monitor stock levels and usage, carry out stock takes, investigate discrepancies and help ensure the right stock is available in the right location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock control and inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
  • Carry out regular perpetual and full stock takes.
  • Monitor stock usage and adjust warehouse locations to improve efficiency.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies, lost stock and non-moving stock.
  • Review and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Monitor stock trends and relocate stock where required.
  • Ensure stock is stored safely and in suitable pickable locations.
  • Manage the return of stock and parts to suppliers.
  • Liaise with Fixzone regarding warehouse stock locations.
  • Support improvements in pick efficiency, stock valuation and stock loss reduction.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards across stock locations.
  • Assist with training colleagues on stock control processes.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have experience in stock control, inventory management, warehouse operations or inventory administration.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Accurate and methodical in their approach.
  • Confident investigating stock discrepancies and identifying trends.
  • Comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Proactive and focused on improving warehouse efficiency.
  • Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards.
