Role Overview

We are looking for a Stock Integrity and Inventory Operations Manager in our Sustainable Distribution Centre (NN7 2QA).

To lead and develop the Stock Integrity and Inventory function across a large-scale multi-chamber distribution centre, ensuring exceptional inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role has strategic accountability for inventory governance across both Ambient and Pharmaceutical operations, managing customer relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a high-performing team to deliver industry-leading stock accuracy and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Integrity & Inventory Governance

  • Provide strategic leadership and governance across all inventory management functions within the Ambient and Pharmaceutical chambers.
  • Ensure all inventory-related KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Own inventory accuracy performance across the site, maintaining stock integrity within agreed customer tolerances and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cycle counting, stock reconciliation, inventory investigations, and annual stock audits.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on all stock loss, damage, discrepancies, and inventory adjustments, ensuring robust root cause analysis and preventative actions are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control frameworks, policies, and procedures that support best practice and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, MHRA requirements, and customer-specific pharmaceutical inventory controls where applicable.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insight to senior leadership teams, customers, and key stakeholders.

Customer Relationship

  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships both internal and external, acting as the key customer contact for the Inventory department.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for all inventory-related customer matters.
  • Lead regular inventory meetings to review performance and issues, providing accurate data in accordance with customer expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
