What you’ll be doing
- Manage and control stock (raw material and finish goods), by maintaining accurate stock records within Greencore systems and third-party warehouses, to maintain the quality of the products cost efficiently and deliver in line with customer needs
- Oversee and audit to ensure the effectiveness of third-party warehouse stock control processes
- Manage the most efficient flows of stock and stock transactions data via Greencore and third-party systems always ensuring stock integrity
- Maintain a state of perpetual audit-readiness for all audits (technical, customer, third-party logistics Accreditation bodies etc.) to ensure working practices are always compliant
- Collate, analyse and present reports to the commercial team to ensure stock at risk is highlighted and managed through to the customer
- Manage the flow of embargoed stock through the technical system to ensure data accuracy and ability to deliver reporting requirements to update in line with operational requirements
- Identify and communicate all failures of finished goods stock flow and put corrective processes in place
- Publish plans to all relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure that supply constraints are known and managed in advance and that all stakeholders are agreed on the planned actions and the results required
- Act as the point of contact for all raw materials (supplier) and finished goods queries (internal and customer), and monitoring new launch information and production volume planning, to inform internal discussion and stock management planning
- Provide leadership and direction to the stock management teams to ensure that people are engaged, focused and delivering their potential

What we’re looking for
- Experience of stock management experience and working with third-party logistics’s to build sustained relationships
- Awareness of end-to-end supply chain activities
- Experience of people management
- Ability and experience analysing, reporting and interpreting data
- Experience working with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Experience with proactive problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in communication both written and verbal skills
- Has numeracy skills and ability
