About The Team:
We are looking for a highly skilled Stock Movement Team Leader to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless stock movement, optimizing warehouse operations, and maintaining a continuous production line, all while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for ensuring stock availability, timely replenishment, and compliance with HR and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in stepping up to cover multiple operational areas or the Shift Manager role when necessary.
- Lead with a customer-centric approach, ensuring stock movement aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
- Oversee and optimize stock movement to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely availability of products.
- Utilize WMS, FCMS, Matflo, and Dash Reports to monitor stock flow and maintain real-time data accuracy.
- Manage and troubleshoot automated warehouse systems, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.
- Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely replenishment across four key operational areas.
- Maintain close communication over radio and Slack with Flow Control, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Quality teams.

Who You Are:
- Proven background in warehouse supervision, stock movement, or logistics in a high-volume environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of how stock movement impacts customer satisfaction and the ability to align operations accordingly.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), FCMS Handheld Terminals, Matflo Inventory Management System, and Dash Reports, though this can be trained in further.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, enforce HR policies, and create a motivated, high-performing workforce.
- Good understanding of inventory control processes, stock accuracy, and production support.
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments, resolve operational issues, and optimize workflow.
- A keen eye for accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
- A proactive and analytical approach to improving processes and troubleshooting challenges.
- Ability to oversee multiple operational areas and step up as Shift Manager when necessary.

Location:
Smart parc, Spondon, Derby DE21 7HW
Working Schedule:
- 4 on 3 off shift pattern, Wednesday to Saturday, 42 hour working week with rotating days and nights every 3 months.
