About Us
Founded in Dubai only 4 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance. We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
You will own Humantra's stock planning - the engine that makes sure the right products are in the right place in the right quantities at the right time. Working closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Procurement Manager, you'll translate demand forecasts into stock plans and purchase orders, coordinate production and organise shipments to our international warehouses.
This is a hands-on role from day one - and that’s a big part of the opportunity. You’ll be building stock plans, raising and chasing POs, and helping shape how the function operates before all the systems and processes are in place. You’ll have real influence over how Humantra plans and moves stock as we scale, with a level of ownership that’s hard to find in a business where the playbook has already been written.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited by that stage of the journey: someone who wants to get close to the detail, build strong foundations, and use them to create something bigger - rather than step into an already polished operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
