About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Stocks & Pricing Analyst to join our growing team in Hartlepool.
Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring stock positions, managing pricing and supplier contracts, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting procurement and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse stock positions and market pricing to identify risks and opportunities.
- Complete stock reconciliations across multiple locations.
- Manage pricing issued to sales team, including monitoring orders placed against available stock.
- Coordinate fuel supply from terminals and refineries to depots and customers.
- Monitor supplier contracts and ensure optimal utilisation.
- Support procurement activities, including spot purchasing opportunities.
- Liaise with transport teams and third-party hauliers to manage deliveries and resolve issues.
- Produce management reports and business performance data as required.
- Support month-end reconciliation processes and purchase ledger queries.
- Assist with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance activities and audits.
- Provide support across the wider business as required.

About You

Desirable qualifications and experience
- CIPS Level 3+ / AAT Level 4+ or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience within supply chain, procurement, stock management, logistics, or a related field
