Stock Supervisor - Harrods Corners
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Stock Supervisor, at our Harrods corners. The Stock Supervisor acts as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise, as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areas.
MISSION
Stockroom & Inventory Operations
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom that supports overall store productivity and complies with corporate procedures.
- Oversee all receiving processes, including verifying quantities, tagging, documentation, and timely processing of incoming merchandise, supplies, PR/visual deliveries, and non retail shipments.
- Ensure accurate and systematic replenishment of the sales floor to minimize client wait times and support product availability.
- Supervise the flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor, including article placement, rotation, and preparation of new items for display.
- Manage all stock movements such as inter store transfers, RTVs, damages, consignments, and client deliveries.
- Maintain full knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and ensure proper paperwork distribution.
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate rotation needs or discrepancies to management, proposing corrective actions when needed.

Inventory Control & Loss Prevention
- Lead and participate in inventory counts, ensuring accuracy during bi annual inventories and ongoing cycle counts.
- Track unknown markdowns, support loss prevention initiatives, and uphold all store policies related to shrink control.
- Respond to corporate inquiries regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, or inventory issues.
Team Leadership & Training
- Provide training and ongoing support to new stock associates on systems, procedures, and stockroom standards.
- Participate in daily store meetings to share business updates, operational priorities, and motivate the team.
- Serve as a role model for client service and operational excellence.

Store Operations & Brand Representation
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, upholding company values and ensuring a high level of service.
- Support store maintenance by identifying structural or lighting issues and coordinating with corporate for resolution.
- Assist with store materials, supplies, packaging, uniforms, and event related needs (fittings, orders, alterations, special setups, furniture moves).
- Order and manage office supplies, beverages, and other operational tools, coordinating with vendors and tracking deliveries/invoices.
- Provide support with cash procedures when needed.
- Optional: Serve as a Key Holder depending on store structure.
PROFILE
- 3+ years of Luxury operations and inventory control
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities
- Understanding of loss-prevention practices
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
