Stock & Supply Planning Manager

📍 London (Hybrid)

Our Client

Our client is a high-growth FMCG brand, experiencing significant international expansion across retail, DTC and B2B. Already established across multiple global markets, the business is continuing to scale rapidly and is investing in its supply chain capabilities to support the next stage of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team where you'll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to help build a best-in-class planning function.

The Role

This is a hands-on role taking ownership of supply and stock planning. You will lead the relationships with suppliers to ensure OTIF delivery. You'll drive stock and replenishment plans, manage purchase orders and coordinate production and inbound supply across a network of global warehouses.

You'll also have the opportunity to build and improve the processes, systems and reporting required to create a scalable stock planning function as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities include

  • Managing inventory levels, safety stock, stock cover and supply risks across all markets
  • Owning purchase orders from creation through production and delivery
  • Coordinating production schedules with manufacturing partners
  • Managing inbound supply and stock allocation across international warehouses
  • Developing inventory reporting, processes and systems to support continued growth

Required Experience

  • 5+ years' experience within stock planning, inventory planning or supply chain
  • Previous experience within a high-growth FMCG or consumer goods business
  • Strong stock management, replenishment and inventory planning experience
  • Experience working across an omnichannel environment, including retail and DTC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership
