Stockroom Assistant | Sportswear & Fashion Retail | Portsmouth | Circa £25,000 | 4-Month FTC
We're recruiting a Stockroom Assistant to join a new sportswear and fashion pop-up store in Portsmouth.
Circa £25,000, depending on age and experience.
This is a 4-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent as the business continues to grow.

The Role
As a Stockroom Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping the stockroom organised and ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Organising and maintaining the stockroom
- Moving stock between the stockroom and shop floor
- Replenishing stock throughout the day
- Supporting stock checks and inventory accuracy
- Preparing stock for the shop floor
- Keeping the stockroom clean, safe and organised
- Supporting the wider store team during busy trading periods
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to move and handle stock
- Detail-focused with good attention to accuracy
- A strong team player
- Flexible with their availability
- Available to work weekends
- Available to start immediately
- Ideally interested in sportswear, fashion or retail

Previous stockroom or retail experience is helpful but not essential. We're looking for someone with a great attitude who is organised, hardworking and enjoys being part of a busy team.
