Role - Stockroom Assistant
Location - Oxford St, London
Hours - Part Time/16 Hours
We’re expanding our flagship retail team and are looking for Part Time Stockroom Assistants to join us at our Oxford Street, London store.

As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all back-of-house operations. You’ll support the wider retail team by maintaining stock accuracy, quality control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock movement with precision, ensuring products received and dispatched are consistently accurate.
- Keep the stockroom organised, compliant, and aligned with operational standards and health & safety protocols.
- Minimise stock loss and maintain efficient flow of merchandise.
- Support Style Advisors with client-related needs when required.
- Perform quality control checks, reporting any product issues to relevant teams.
- Assist the business with events, visual merchandising, stocktakes, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Support quarterly inventory audits following finance team guidelines.
- Build strong working relationships with warehouse teams, couriers, and head office.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stock, logistics, or operations role.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record in maintaining high operational standards.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
