Role - Stockroom Assistant

Location - Oxford St, London

Hours - Part Time/16 Hours


We’re expanding our flagship retail team and are looking for Part Time Stockroom Assistants to join us at our Oxford Street, London store.

If you’re passionate about luxury fashion, impeccable service, and delivering a seamless client experience, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all back-of-house operations. You’ll support the wider retail team by maintaining stock accuracy, quality control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock movement with precision, ensuring products received and dispatched are consistently accurate.
  • Keep the stockroom organised, compliant, and aligned with operational standards and health & safety protocols.
  • Minimise stock loss and maintain efficient flow of merchandise.
  • Support Style Advisors with client-related needs when required.
  • Perform quality control checks, reporting any product issues to relevant teams.
  • Assist the business with events, visual merchandising, stocktakes, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support quarterly inventory audits following finance team guidelines.
  • Build strong working relationships with warehouse teams, couriers, and head office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stock, logistics, or operations role.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven track record in maintaining high operational standards.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
