For our store at Southampton Westquay SC we are looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join our team.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store from the stockroom.
- You will receive, check and process deliveries, following warehouse procedures and standards.
- You’ll organise and store stock to optimise space and ensure an efficient stock flow.
- You will restock products, ensuring their availability and correct display.
- You’ll help ensure stock reliability by identifying and reporting issues and preventing losses.
- You will keep the stockroom clean, safe and organised, supporting the store’s day-to-day operational needs.
- You will assist with stock transfers, returns, price changes and the preparation of campaigns or visual merchandising updates.
- You will contribute to the store’s productivity and an excellent shopping experience.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF...
- You’re passionate about fashion and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, where organisation, efficiency and teamwork are key.
- You are organised, meticulous and detail-oriented, and recognise the importance of good stockroom management in delivering an excellent customer experience.
- You are proactive, responsible and able to manage priorities.
- You work both independently and as part of a team, and are comfortable carrying out physical tasks.

Job requirements:
About You
- Good level of English.
- No specific training is required. Previous experience in retail, logistics or warehouse management would be an advantage.
- A passion for fashion and teamwork.
