Exciting Opportunity: Stockroom Assistant at Our Kids Store in Meadowhall!
We are looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join our team at our kids store in Meadowhall. Candidates should be available both evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the team.
Hourly Rates
Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About the Role
- Processing New Deliveries: Ensuring our new products are available for customers.
- Maintaining Standards: Upholding the highest standards in the stockroom.
- Dispatching Orders: Managing store orders and in-store click and collect items.
- Meeting KPIs: Striving to meet key performance indicators and personal targets.
- Customer Service: Providing the highest level of service to children and their parents/guardians.
- Measure and Fitting Service: Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers.
- Product Knowledge: Providing in-depth product knowledge.
- Payments and Orders: Processing payments, customer orders, and reservations.
- Stock Management: Managing stock and merchandising on the shop floor.
- Opening/Shutdown Procedures: Assisting with opening and shutdown procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience is not essential, but customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
- Full training will be provided for the role.
