Position: Stockroom Associate
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Full Time Temp - Until December

The Role:

As a Stockroom Associate, your main focus will be to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the store by ensuring stock is accurately received, sorted, organised, replenished and readily available for the sales floor. You will play an important role in maintaining an efficient stockroom while supporting the wider team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and sorting deliveries
  • Checking and organising incoming stock
  • Maintaining stockroom standards
  • Replenishing products on the sales floor
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Supporting the team during busy trading periods

You’ll be an essential part of ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently and the store is well organised, fully stocked and ready for customers.

About You:

  • Previous stockroom, retail or inventory experience is preferred
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A hands-on team player with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Reliable, punctual and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable using basic computer and stock management systems
  • Physically able to receive deliveries, move stock and maintain the stockroom
  • Flexible and available to work weekdays, with additional availability during busy periods
