We’re looking for passionate a Sales Associate (10 hours) to join our The North Face team based in Bicester Village.

As a Sales Associate you will inspire our customers, deliver an excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

How you’ll make a difference

We expect our Stockroom Associates to help deliver an efficient and memorable retail experience by:

  • Ensuring stock is received, processed, organised and stored accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe stockroom, following all health and safety requirements
  • Ensuring products are readily available on the shop floor through timely and accurate replenishment
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of products, stockroom processes and store procedures
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting stock checks, deliveries, transfers and inventory processes
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure customers can access the products they need
  • Maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency during busy trading periods
  • Following all operational procedures in the store and stockroom, in line with company and brand guidelines
  • Supporting the wider store team and contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment
  • Taking ownership of stockroom standards and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and product availability

  • You are organised and take pride in keeping the stockroom clean, structured and efficient.
  • You have a hands-on, can-do attitude and are happy to get stuck in, especially during busy deliveries and peak trading periods.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of accurate stock handling, replenishment and inventory.
  • You work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with Sales Associates and the wider store team to ensure products are available when customers need them.
  • You are reliable, responsible and take ownership of your tasks, following all stockroom and operational procedures.
  • You are physically comfortable with the demands of the role, including receiving deliveries, moving stock and spending time on your feet.
  • You are passionate about The North Face, outdoor products, fashion and retail, and are keen to develop your product knowledge.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English (another language is a plus but not necessary).
  • You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.
