Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Manage Stock Flow: Ensure the efficient movement of products from the stockroom to the shop floor, maintaining optimal stock availability for our customers.
- Receive & Process Deliveries: Manage deliveries accurately, ensuring all stock is checked, processed, and stored in line with company procedures and timelines.
- Support Store Replenishment: Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor through timely and accurate replenishment, working closely with the retail team to support trading activity.
- Ensure Stock Accuracy: Monitor stock movement, support stock counts and inventories, and help maintain accurate inventory records to minimise discrepancies.
- Contribute to Store Performance: Play a key role in ensuring products are available and presented effectively, supporting sales opportunities and enhancing the customer experience.
- Support the Team: Work collaboratively with your fellow Crocodiles, providing assistance on the sales floor when required and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the Lacoste brand through your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining our premium standards.

Qualifications
Your profile:

- Highly Organised: Able to prioritise tasks, manage stock efficiently, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to Detail: Take pride in ensuring stock processes are completed accurately and consistently.
- Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting colleagues across both stockroom and sales floor operations.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Customer & Retail Awareness: Understand the importance of product availability in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Relevant Experience: Previous stock control, stockroom, warehouse, or retail experience is beneficial, but most importantly you bring energy, reliability, and a commitment to upholding Lacoste's premium standards.
